The Alvarado Fire Department has challenged every Fire Department in Johnson County to a CANNED FOOD DRIVE. The Fire Departments will donate the collected canned goods to the CHARITY of their choice.

The Fire Department with the most canned goods will be declared the winner and receive a “specially designed trophy” and bragging rights for the next year. A trophy and bragging rights are nice…BUT HELPING FEED FAMILIES IN JOHNSON COUNTY IS A BIGGER REWARD. All donations for this challenge need to be collected by November 20, 2020, this will allow time to deliver to the charities before the holidays.

Johnson County Emergency Services District No.1 will be accepting canned food donations at the following locations:

ESD Admin – 2451 Service Drive, Cleburne, Tx 76033
Sta 82 – Lillian – 10553 County Road 519, Burleson, Tx 76028
Sta 83 – Chisolm Trail – 2800 County Road 913, Joshua, Tx 76058

If personnel are not available at locations, please leave on front porch.

Please take a few minutes to make a difference in helping out our families in Johnson County.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!
